8/10 Very good

Reception staff were brilliant, so helpful and cheerful. The rooms were nice and minimal noise from outside considering it is in a busy part of the city. Dinner was nice and breakfast was lovely (if a bit pricey) and again the staff were really great.

Perfect location, very happy with our stay. Loved the hotel and the food and the staff. Only small negative was the lack of clothing storage space. Two tiny drawers weren’t enough

6/10 Good

The heating was poor, v cool in the bedroom! Staff obliging. Helped with access to the car park. Food, reasonable, obviously frozen and reheated, the Lasagna. Saw something about points for not having towels etc changed every day, but nothing mentioned. Other hotels give you drinks for this!
