Very disappointed
Terrible breakfast. Hotel is going through a refurb which limited the comfort and the breakfast selection but they kept the rates unchanged. Coffee machine constantly not working. Very frustrating experience.

An experience not to be repeated!
Generally pretty awful. Initially I was given a room which had not been cleaned since the previous occupant. The public areas were a building site full of contractors all apparently staying in the hotel using the very limited poor eating facilities. I will not stay in a Malmaison again and will advise aganist doing so.

Noisy night!
The only complaint that I have is the internal noise during the night. The droning noise of the air conditioning that must have been in the corridors disturbed my sleep completely. Would not stay again because of that nouse
