I usually enjoy my stays with Hampton in the US so I chose it for our stay in Liverpool. The bed was vey uncomfortable, hard with coils. The safe didn’t work. The restaurant was more like a snack bar and the food we purchased was not good enough for the cost. Lots of slamming doors before 6 AM.
