Only issues were the AC in the room only got down to 72.5. Pool could use a few repairs and the wine selection could be a bit better but other than that staff was great and food was also really good for an all inclusive. Service was also really good. Beach out the back is pretty rocky as well so wear sandals or water shoes. Would stay again.

The hotel was OK. I would not say it was a five star. His staff was great, especially by the pool and cleaning. Staff did a great job inside most of the areas. The view to the right of the hotel and east of the hotel were quite rundown. The view from the room was spectacular as we had an ocean view.

Every room is ocean facing. Our room is impeccable and staff are very attentive and eager to assist with everything. We interacted with Paul - the pool attendant the most as we hang around the pool and the beach most of the time. We are walking distance from zone Romantica and Malecon where there's lots of souvenir shops and eateries. Will I come back again to stay at this place? Yes - totally.

The resort claims to be 5 stars but it is more like 3.5 stars. I was not overly impressed, the food was good but there were only 2 restaurants, one only opened for dinner and the other one closed after breakfast and didn’t open until 1 pm, all inclusive should be just that and have more access to food during the day. It was just ok. I don’t plan to return.

Amazing stay. This place is fantastic. Staff are so friendly. We did not eat here but the drinks were great! My only complaint is that they have a lovely infinity pool but the beach view is blocked by the “exclusive member” cabanas. A few loose tiles in the pools but I am just being picky. Great stay!!
