We only stayed one night. It was a nice clean place for an evening. The only con is that they leave this very bright patio light on until 10:30 pm. Like a spot light. So sitting outside in the evening really is not an option. You have no control over it. Not sure why they do that.

Love this hotel, great rooftop pool, jacuzzi and bar. A five minute walk to a great beach, an excellent mall and wonderful restaurants. The buffet breakfast and staff at this hotel are great too.

Had a great stay here during my vacation to Puerto Vallarta. The staff is great and very helpful. The pool area is nice. There are some stores close by that you can walk to, and the beach isn't very far either. It is a bit far from the malecon and other attractions, but it is easy to get an uber anywhere. The only thing i disliked was that the room doors slam shut so loudly. Every time someone closes their room doors you will hear it and it can be annoying when you're trying to get some rest.
