amazing staff
The staff were amazingly helpful. Marc in particular was very knowledgeable, especially when it came to local food. Lovely people who help out to the best of their ability. They truly made the experience.

Don’t be fooled by the entrance
Overall I hate to do this to a new hotel but this trip was terrible. Paper thin walls with people coming in and out all night. Young guys were kicked out by police and management decided to joke about it the entire time. Told us that check in was at three but room wasnt ready until nearly 5:30. Bar had its hiccups but no fault to them as they didn’t receive proper training. Beds are stiff. Management told me that they would check to see if they had a converter for my phone and never got back to me. (Not a big deal but it shows the type of place this is.) Dont be fooled by the fancy lobby. Housekeeping walked in on my room when I clearly have the no sign up and resting. I could go on and on. Hoping they get their act together because this place is in a perfect location.

Exceptional 10.0
Great location. Comfortable bed against wall; have to climb over, but not a big deal. Small, but very nice and clean. Service was very good.

Fabulous find
What a Fabulous hotel this is, we were here for a friends surprised birthday and 12 of us stayed, from the moment we walked in the front door Andy greeted us and looked after us and he couldnt have been more helpful and friendly, lovely guy. The room was small but had everything we needed except one thing which was tea/coffee making which is always nice to have but not a deal breaker in this instance, it has a beautiful bar with again super friendly helpful staff, room was very quiet had a great nights sleep and a great breakfast, met Andy at checkout and he was again in great form and very friendly, we will be back for sure, also parking right across the street was very handy, over all 11/10 ; )
