Charming and convenient to campus
We stayed here to get our son settled for sophomore year at university of Arizona. The hotel is right next to campus so it's very conveniently located, the rooms are charming and comfortable and the rooftop bar and pool is phenomenal! They leave you little tokens to get free coffee at the coffee bar in the lobby each morning and I also had a $16 food and beverage credit which was lovely.

Does not honor Gold Exclusive VIP perks
In general this is a decent hotel that is close to campus. The coffee bar is very good and staff attentive. I found the bar on the top floor the same tasty drinks and friendly staff. My room was not clean especially the bathroom had purple conditioner all over the bathtub. As a gold exclusive VIP that travels very frequently it’s disappointing when a property does not acknowledge your perks. I had to show the staff when I checked out what my perks should have been and ask them to credit my $16 food and beverage credit. They did not know anything about it and they thought I was just trying to ask for a rewards program which of course the graduate has none. The staff for my check in and check out we’re not very friendly and clearly college students not very enthusiastic about their jobs. What is the point of joining as a gold exclusive property if you’re not going to train your employees about it or honor the perks at Check in? I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Well Done Graduate!
Wonderful stay! What an adorable place! Don’t let the 70’s decor fool you. It is new and clean. I was in awe of the detail in the decor. Enjoyed drinks at the roof top bar and a delicious honey lavender latte in the morning. Every staff member was super friendly and kind. My daughter commented that “it feels so inclusive”. Well done Graduate! Can’t wait to come back!

8/10 Very Good

It's a great property and the location is prime but I really wish the rooms were bigger, for that amount of money I could have stayed somewhere else closer with more space.
