Poor 2.0
I book the two nights stay. First night, the room is overbooking. There is not extra room for me. The hotel uses 2 hours to look for a queen bed of a box hotel for us.

Unwarned Power Outage!
THERE WAS A POWER OUTAGE AT NIGHT!! The hotel knew about it weeks beforehand as there was a public notice on the door, but it was in Chinese! When I booked, there was no mentioning of the upcoming power outage; nor did they warn us when we checked in. If we knew about it, we wouldn't have booked the hotel. From May 6 12:30-5:30am, we couldn't charge our phones, take a shower or even see each other in the dark. The security door was unlocked so it felt unsafe. That screwed our travelling plans up a lot since what could we do with dead phones and cameras the next morning and smelling shit? Would like a partial-refund for that night's stay since we couldn't enjoy any services provided by even a normal living arrangment. The hotel environment was nice and clean, so no complaints there. But the service is horrendously lacking. It's 15 mins walk from station, and close to Ningxia night market. But you had to call them beforehand to get the address. And the call was hard to hear since the noise disruption was big. I imagine it'll be quite hard for non-Chinese speaking travellers. Overall, need better communication with customers and being more upfront about changes, or else it's simply deceiving.

Phone Needs a Fix
The room was very nice and I felt comfortable. However, the I couldn't get in contact with the staff because the phone at the front door doesn't seem to work. I got in when someone else was coming out.
