I won't stay here again.
Friendly front desk staff. Lots of problems with the actual room though. Seemed like nothing worked. Really noisy too. Like at on Saturday morning when we woke up to the the laundry staff talking loudly in the hallway.

Unhappy customer
We traveled to Chicago for a funeral. After arriving at the hotel there was an issue with the front desk clerk who was also the front desk supervisor Isla Saucedo. I booked several rooms and was told the method of payment could not be changed. I questioned her as previously did the same back in December for a wedding in Alabama. Also attempted to discuss the charges for parking.. As there was no parking garage, no covered parking or on site security. It would seem the charge for parking would be in the price of the room and voucher given upon arrival. Needless to say the conversation did not go well. Mrs. Saucedo went as far to say that I should have read the fine print and any should be taken up with Hotels.com. She was very rude and customer service skill was below average. I advised her that she was not going to talk with me in that manner and wouldn’t stay at another Hampton. My wife and other family members was appalled at the way she conducted herself. We asked to see someone above her and was told no one would be available until Tuesday. We asked for names and she provided business cards Jessica Engel-Assistant General Manager and Amy Ruffer-Area General Manager. The bed was not comfortable and did not sleep well the two nights we were there. The next morning while eating breakfast I discovered at least 3 bug/nats in the juice. I took the cup of juice to the front desk and brought it to the desk clerk attention. Not a pleasant stay.
