So close to the terminal as well as the old city as well as easy walk to parks and shopping center. Their buffet breakfast is great and includes omelet station. They are well organized and used to lot of cruise traffic.

The hotel is well situated for the Mayflower Theatre and with overnight parking at only £7 and a good breakfast it was an obvious choice to stay. We walked to the theatre and spent time in West Quay doing some birthday shopping.

This hotel is very clean and in a perfect location for cruises! There is lots of shopping nearby and it’s a 16 min walk or 6 min uber to the port. The front desk staff is helpful and attentive. They allowed us to store us our bags before check in time because our room wasn’t ready yet. The room was large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom well appointed and clean.
