A perfect bank holiday weekend! From first arriving and getting great help and advice on parking, throughout the weekend, extremely helpful and polite staff. Spa facilities were fantastic, really clean and a lovely set-up. Our room was probably the best hotel room we have ever had, we are definitely fans and now looking for our next mini break at one of their sister hotels. Thank you so much for making out weekend just what the doctor ordered!❤️

I had an amazing stay for my 30th birthday thank you to the staff. I received a treat in my room which was so thoughtful. The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. The staff at check in were so friendly and helpful, along with the spa ladies. I always stay at this hotel and I am never ever disappointed. The location is stunning.

6/10 Good

Great location in Manchester, beautiful spa facilities. Rooms not that exciting compared to other hotels in Manchester. Bar staff very rude and dismissive, however the welcome was friendly at reception. Overally, probably wouldn't stop again as much better hotels in Manchester for the price, but if you want a few nights with a spa this one seems to fit the bill.

10/10 Exceptional

Stayed for a spa trip & the spa did not disappoint. The spa & gym are fantastic - 10/10 would recommend. The rooms are spacious and comfortable however do not match the vibe of the rest of the hotel; they are outdated & need redecorating to match the lux aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. Great location for accessing Manchesters foodie scene!
