"The staff was very helpful prior to arrival helping us secure a vaporetto, during our stay with helpful suggestions and in helping us reserve a water taxi when we were leaving. The location is excellent. All we wanted to see was within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The small plaza where the hotel is located is quiet unlike others that we went by. We would definitely stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! They let us store their luggage before checking in and after checking out so we could explore Venice! The young woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful.
