Fabulous hotel. We (a family of four) had one of the best holiday stays of our lives there. Incredible historic property. Great location for accessing the rest of Venice by foot. Our stay at Ruzzini Palace was amazing!!! The staff was attentive, extremely helpful, and so welcoming. We received amazing recommendations for everything from the cheapest place to take out euros to the best way to see Venice to the best drinks to order in the city. We stayed over Christmas and had concerns there wouldn’t be much open. The hotel helped us make reservations at great restaurants for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. They also coordinated a boat tour of the city for Christmas Day. The hotel is right on a canal, so it’s very easy to get a water taxi directly from the lobby! The suite we stayed in was breath taking. It had a view of a canal with a private patio. The room was incredibly spacious. The decor of the room and the entire hotel really captured the history of the property well. I would absolutely recommend staying here! I will be back for my next trip to Venice.
