The Athenaeum Hotel & Residences

10/10 Excellent
"A wonderful 5 day stay. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They greeted me by name every day. The hotel sent up a complimentary welcome treat to welcome me. The accommodations were excellent. Rooms are large and well appointed. All drinks & snacks in the minibar and fridge are complimentary, restocked every day! Breakfasts included in the rate were wonderful. You can order off the menu and also enjoy the continental breakfast items. There was a complimentary happy hour from 6-7pm! I’d like to recognize front desk staff Zach for his help checking in and throughout my stay. Also to doorman Daniel who was very pleasant every time I entered and exited. He was also helpful with directions and recommendations. The location is terrific, centrally located. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster, Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, Piccadilly, Regent Street and Oxford Street. Both Green Park and Hyde Park Corner tube stops are close by. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. I highly recommend you do as well."
