"Overall the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff checked in daily to see if we needed anything and ensured all our needs were met. The only thing we weren’t to pleased with was the pressure once we arrived to go to concierge and felt sales pressured to sign up for a vacation club tour. I feel that it should be suggested and let the guest decide if they want to go on the tour and not feel pressured that we have to sign up right there. We lost $40 due to deciding not to go on the tour, but overall this should be an option not more of a sales pressure tactic. I do have to say aside from that the entire experience was amazing and would recommend anyone to stay. "
"The pool was cold and got colder each day we stayed. The hot tub was hot but each day got cooler and could be used. The unit was clean and well stocked with cookware, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, etc. Easy access to most places we had planned on visiting."

"Went to visit family in Vegas and this was a perfect location for us. Close to families house. Off the freeway but not too close where it would be obnoxious. Right next to great shopping and food. Breakfast hit the spot and was great with the little one. Pool was nice and thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Room set up was perfect. It was clean and tidy and everything we needed. "
