Luxor is a nice hotel , nice customer service and cleaning service is great and fast service , but prefer to get a premium room next time in this hotel. Hotel room was alright but the closet did smell like ass , and water was leaking out the windows , also they need to do the elevator , 2 of the four was shacking very scary shit!

I booked my trip to CES late and Luxor was an affordable option given how expensive all of the other marquee hotels on the LV Strip are during that time. The hotel hasn’t aged well and my room was very dated. Having been to Vegas and more than 120 times this was my first time staying at Luxor. While I generally enjoy MGM properties I won’t stay at Luxor again if given a choice.

    Would stay again
The check in staff was very friendly. They accommodated our party to be on the same floor and in two rooms right next to each other. We stayed in the tower premium rooms which are the newer of the rooms at the Luxor. It’s a lot of walking but that’s what to expect when you go to the bigger hotels on the strip. The rooms were clean, Nicky remodeled and well furnished. The cleaning staff was very rude as they would walk by every morning knocking on the doors and opening if they wouldn’t here anything. The food at the hotel wasn’t great and it was way over priced.

Cheap should not equal to bad service
Its my second time to stay in Luxor. The quality is not too bad for that low price in Las Vegas. However, comparing to my last stay, the room are badly maintained. And the service is so bad. The AC is not working well and so noisy. It makes the room so uncomfortable in winter. I asked for a two queen beds room and they said they only have one bed room. They can add a roll-away bed in the room. When I arrive my room, I noticed they just left a roll-away bed at the entrance of the room. They did not set it up and they did not bring any quilt with it.

Check in took forever considering the many check in stations that were not put into use. You can take "doggie bags" to your room, but with no micowave to heat up your food and more importantly no refridgerator to keep stuff from spoiling, whats the point of taking food items to your room? Besides the two complaints, everything else was OK....
