Lovely place to stay , comfy room at rear of hotel on ground floor, had a skylight window and electric blind , Staff were lovely, especially Damian and Denny, who were very friendly,and made breakfast and cocktails. Shame the bar wasn’t open after 9pm , we would have used it to relax before turning in for the night. Easy to get to Southsea seafront and walkable to Gunwharf Quay. Enjoyed our short stay. Thank you .

Location great, staff fantastic , especially the young gentleman who check us in, very professional ! Unfortunately we could t enjoy the bar as it was booked out for a party which was disappointing but a complimentary drink was offered. Stayed in room 1, and was lovely, great bed, lovely decoration, bathroom floor gets slippy so be careful , we did have an issue with the toilet not flushing, and the net curtain in the main window has a hole in it so needs replacing . Breakfast was ok rather than great, a choice of eggs and a bacon or sausage roll , personally I Like a full English when away on a trip . However overall the experience was good and we would stay again.

There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning.

Had a lovely stay at Becketts. Just a one night, but everyone was very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Sonny for the excellent cocktails!
