This hotel was excellent. It is a little louder than most hotels due to the music in the hallways but it is turned down in the evening. It was a great experience for me, that’s just an fyi. The beds are comfortable and the shower is amazing. The staff were extremely friendly no matter where you encountered them. The pool was excellent. And there is probably not another hotel in a better location in Gatlinburg. This will now be my “go to” hotel every time I come to town. I highly recommend.
