One of the best places we’ve ever stayed on vacation! The trolly transportation to and from the parks plus included time saver passes were an huge perk! Our Jr suite was spacious and CLEAN. Our kids loved the bunk beds and their own tv, the arcade, and the campfire s’mores at night! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Starbucks in the lobby and cinnamon bread room delivery 👍👍. None of us wanted to leave this beautiful resort. We’ll be back for sure!

The check in was rough. I had to wait 1.5 hrs before our room was ready. There was a lot of miscommunication about the room. Carissa, the front desk, stepped in and helped by offering breakfast due to all the problems. My daughter and I had been driving for 10 hours to get there only to wait another 1.5 for the wrong room. We arrived at 3:50 for a 4:00 check in. Other than that it was wonderful.
