Do NOT book this hotel!
This hotel needs serious help. The tv signals do not work. The in room fridge and air conditioning/heat doesn’t work. When we called to ask for help, we were told that they are short staffed and cannot repair anything. It took 20 minutes to check in and we were the only people there. The pool had the strongest amount of chlorine that I’ve ever smelled. Terrible place to stay… run fast to another hotel.

Traveled with family of 4 for a long weekend away, 2 adults and 2 kids. Overall, it was ok. Not worth the price difference between The Ramsey and some other local hotels though. Pros: Interior hallways for cold days. Coffee/tea in the lobby Popcorn at night Frameless shower doors to limit water coming onto bathroom floor Hot breakfast is served Cons: Be patient at check-in, it may take a little while. There were 3 employees at the front desk but only one could check-in guests. Overall it's mostly clean - but attention to detail isn't there. We had a used shampoo bottle left in the room as an amenity. The TV channel line up is old and outdated. There was rust and paint chipping on the door. The cobwebs aren't all wiped down. Things like that show up in a renovated hotel that seemed to pair down the renovation costs. Indoor pool is COLD! You never saw people stay long, kids included. Pool towels are also hand towel size, bring your own if you actually want to dry off. Mattresses and pillows aren't comfortable at all. When an 8 year old complains, you know it's rough.

Very unhappy with this property it was a waste of money and time. We we’re celebrating our anniversary and I specifically asked if we could be put we’re it would be quiet. Unfortunately there were 500 high school kids there and we were up all nite with running and screaming. I will never stay at this property again

Just...ok
This hotel IS connected to a convention center. The weekend we stayed there was a beauty pageant. If you are traveling for pleasure you might want to make sure there aren't any youth events being held at that time. Being kept up and then woken up by screaming kids is not relaxing. The hotel has made SOME updates but there are still areas that need fixing or painting. Overall, it was ok. We come to a gymnastics completion in PF every February. Next year we'll stay somewhere else so we can avoid any "pageant princesses" or other convention center events. (Now I see why our travel soccer team doesn't stay here when we come for showcases.)
