Better than we originally thought, overall very kind people too who are speaking good English, still its a busy place as a tourist having a driver does help to get around if time is limited . We were extremely fortunate to find a great driver.

Tuk tuks are very cheap and easy to obtain. You don't have to hail one and they find you. The ones I used had meters but best check they know where the destination is. I had to put Google maps up on the driver's phone but that worked fine.

Such friendly people in a bustling capital city. So much to see - Palace, Russian markets, night markets, killing fields, walk along the Mekong river front at night! I'm glad I've checked off this city on my bucket list!

"Overall excellent and enjoyable place to stay.Ease of commute from Airport and various important building of the Government are nearby,so you can complete your work very easily without long distance commute. Also restaurants which are important to me were easily accessible from this place."
"Large clean and modern room. Great breakfast. Well maintained rooftop pool. Free laundry. Hotel is located by the military residential area with a side street entrance, so very safe and quiet. Staff were polite, responsive and professional. "
"We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all very friendly especially the pool and restaurant/ staff. The hotel is gorgous and always smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. We loved the finish of the hotel and the artwork on display. The pool is fantastic and what a view? We spent all our free time there. We had some khmer friends to visit and they enjoyed a coffee at the bar and the view too? But also the turtles and fish in the pool outside the front door. We totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phnom Penh."
"Very comfortable stay, right in the heart of the River Side entertainment district.
Also, a big shout-out to Wotif for arranging this accommodation on short notice."
