Very nice
Our stay was terrific. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean. The only issue we had was housekeeping from the wooden maple hotel utilized the room across from ours and they are very loud, watching tv in their phones, playing music and had our door blocked with carts many times. We asked them a dozen times to be quiet and they weren’t. This is NOT bridge club employees. Their housekeeping staff was excellent. The pool is not heated and absolutely freezing.

Very sterile but did the trick for one night.
It felt sterile and we were not allow to access the pool that was advertised because it was for residential use only.

Not tourist friendly,Cater to Chinese tourist only
Good clean unit, microwave, refrigerator, and washer are a plus, building is currently being work on not finish yet. Be warn, you will be charge for 0.50 cents/hour up to $12 a day to park in their garage if you have a car (no choice, no other place to park) every time you go in and out of garage, you will be charged accordingly. The area around the bridge club are seem to cater to Chinese, most restaurants menu are in Chinese only and not tourist friendly. No local street food or shopping nearby, nothing to walk around to see, need to go to Aeon mall for food and shopping, tuk tuk ride to the Aeon mall is $1.50 to $2.

Great hotel!
The Bridge Club is a great property! We were only there for one night but had a really nice experience. The hotel is new and modern, the bed was very comfortable, it was impeccably clean, had a washer and dryer in the room, it was well located with a store just downstairs as well as coffee houses and bakeries. The staff was very nice and they allowed us to store our luggage. The only odd thing about this hotel was the shower as it did not have a door and then water got all over the floor. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Great price for the view!
Great price for the room and the view.. great area. Horrible customer service. No phone for room service. And front desk is a joke with exception of maybe two girls there, the rest were lousy and rude. watch out for those tuk tuk drivers though

I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it was great amazing view from the balcony and the kitchen and washer were great. The need was really hard but other than that it was perfect.

Terribly managed and staffed joke of a hotel
With the exception of a few nice female employees, this place is terribly managed and many of the male staff including the "supervisors" act like unprofessional little children who are unaware and ungrateful they even have a job, laugh and make fun of customers, etc. Some of the staff were outside my room yelling in the hallway louder than you would hear someone shout in the street. And they kept doing it after I said something about it. Forget this place and find somewhere else.
