This was a lovely villa - our room was quiet and spotless with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety. It was a solid 15 minute walk to town.

Nice B&B Friendly staff Off road parking available Good selection at breakfast. Unfortunately our bed in Room 10 was very lumpy/bumpy therefore a poor night's sleep for me, otherwise would have seen 5*

We booked last minute and were fortunate to secure the last available room for our stay. Our room was spotless and the breakfast was amazing. It is a short walk, about 10 mins downhill ,into the town centre. It is also on a bus route which was very convenient. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if we return to Bath

A really, really good B&B that gets everything right. A nice welcome (plus local info) from friendly staff, room clean and well equipped, bed very comfy, bathroom nice, and a great breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking is limited to 10 spaces for 17 rooms, so advise to checking at the allotted time or earlier if you can.

Good stay and convient to get into Bath despite the steep hill walk. Local area was nice and safe too. Our room was nice but not as luxury as expected. The staff were nice but only on site psrt of the day. The breakfast was lovely ans cooked to order with good choice.

The room was clean but in much need of some attention. The room needs updating to match the website or vice-versa and definitely needs a refresh as there was a number of things that needed fixing. The parking is a great feature and the breakfast was delicious.

In these days of help yourself, automated check-in, clean your room on request or not at all, it was so refreshing to be greeted on arrival by Victoria who then made sure our stay at the Tyndall was the best of our three week visit to the UK. Our room was cleaned every day, with snacks and bottled water reloaded daily. Full breakfast included every day, served with a smile by fast, well-trained staff members. Personalized suggestions for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants in Bath. Smiles on our faces.

We received a very warm welcome and it seemed as if nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything about the room seemed designed for the guests' comfort rather than the hotel's convenience. It was an easy walk into the city centre and there is the option of a bus back if you don't fancy the walk up the hill. Alexandra Park, about 15 minutes walk from the hotel, offers superb panoramic views across the city. Breakfast was excellent - cooked options freshly made to order with a wide choice.

It was excellent all round. Excellent food, service and facilities and wonderful that you are so close to the centre with parking available! Only a couple of minor comments, the toilet seat won’t stay up and some of the window handles/locks looked damaged.

Excellent accommodation about 15 minutes walk from Bath City centre. Clean and comfortable, pleasant staff who allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived before check-in time and again when we left. Excellent breakfast.

An idyllic looking house with a view of the city. We rented the Victorian Suite, which was beautifully styled and comfortable. It was easy to check in and get settled. The location is 10-15 min walk from the Bath’s, only point to note is that the walk into down is downhill and the walk back a steep uphill walk. The breakfast staff were wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. I’d definitely stay again.
