I had a wonderful stay at Away Chiang Mai Thapae Resort. Throughout my visit, the staff were all very polite and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel room was very comfortable, featuring a bathtub with water that was hot enough, and the air conditioning was strong and cool. I also enjoyed the unique scent of the bath amenities—both the shower gel and shampoo had a lovely rice aroma that was very special. Finally, I visited the Spa on the first floor and purchased four bottles of their products to bring home. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

the staffs of the resorts are very thoughtful, sweet and well-trained, the day before we stayed at away thapae resort was my birthday, during check in, the staff found out and immediately greeted me happy birthday, after we got into our room for a while, three staffs knocked our door, they brought me cake, and sang the happy birthday song at our door! that's a very sweet and warming surprise! i was so happy and beloved! the staffs made my day by doing so the room is wonderful as last year, the breakfast was as good as usual, but i wish we could have more made-to-order options like last year, there were made-to-order boiled rice, congee, rice noodle soup and waffles, etc... bc i personally am extremely into their made-to-order every option, those were just so great! highly recommend ppl who would like to stay at a great location, service, facilities, nice staffs, clean and great breakfast resort, this is definitely one of your best choice in chiang mai
