Beautiful comfort
Perhaps because our company has a long association with these folks, but they treated us like ROYALTY! It was almost embarrassing all the bowing etc. The breakfast was great, the rooms quiet, clean and beautifully decorated. I would imagine there's a lot of competetion in Chiang Mae, but they did their absolute best to make us comfortable. We'll be back every time

A fantastic place to stay.
What a nice place! We came to attend a wedding at this hotel. Wonderful service from the front desk to the dinner table. Staffs were polite, friendly & helpful. A shuttle bus available to bring you from/to airport. Location is slightly far from the night markets, but walkable. A nice place to stay with great service & good food & relax at a well maintained pool after a busy traveling day.

Very Good8.0
Pleasantly good
Yes, the hotel is old, but it’s well taken care of. A little farther away from everything than I expected. Our stay was good!

Really enjoyed my stay at The Empress. Beautiful lobby and entrance. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent service from staff in all areas. The decor is slightly dated but the room was spacious and clean. Close enough to all of the night markets but far enough away to be peaceful and secluded. A great value for the price!
