Very Good8.0
Overall good hotel
Great trip plenty to see and enjoy. Hotel is not far from Night Bazar, restaurants and other sites. Room was comfortable but furniture was old. If you have physical issues the bathtub/ shower is not safe. It’s perched high up and nothing to hold on to. The bed was ok as was the TV, limited English channels. Service was good. Breakfast was also good but very crowded not easy to order cook to order. Don’t do the MaePing River dinner cruise. Food very basic not tasty and we had a crazy driver who sped both directions, not very safe. Be careful!

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding service from every staff member we encountered. The manager also accommodated our request to change rooms without hesitation. Convenient location as well.

Old world charm
I really liked this place, even if it’s a little older construction. I had an issue with a maid stealing, but I reported it and management dealt with it decisively, so watch out for it even though it’s a good hotel. Good local area, where you should buy everything (inside hotel amenities are all 3-10x more expensive). Free 7 course dinner when I arrived and free gourmet breakfast every morning, food was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel (seriously). Right next to Old City where all the fun is. I’ll definitely come back, service was top tier. Pool needs a remodel and the sauna was broken my entire stay.

Wonderful hotel to stay in Chaing Mai
This was such a nice hotel that was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a good selection of food and usually kept us full until dinner. Great central location near the wall, night market and great restaurants.

A great modern hotel with the old style feeling
Our stay was the best! I can't praise the staff and services enough. The restaurant breakfast was among the best ever. We had one dinner in the restaurant and we were pampered as though we were royalty. An amazing experience.
