A hidden gem
Great location for access, well run hotel with the best service. Great breakfast that was different for each of the six days we were there. Only negative for me was congested area of location, building on top of each other and fairly loud school nearby. But the value is incredible with the best customer service. Great massage places and two of the great rated restaurants for authentic chiang mai food on same street.

Cute & Clean Boutique hotel
The hotel property is clean and lovely. I loved the modern decor. The room was comfortable and the location was fantastic, right in the center of the old city- walking distance to everything.

Great hotel
Great nice boutique hotel, located centrally in the walled city. you can walk to several restaurants and the Sat/Sun market is literally a minute or less away. To go into the night markets you can take a shared red taxi or a tutu. We took the shared taxi @ 80 TBH per person. The hotel staff was great, and took care to ensure that you stay was good. Felt very personal. I was a vegetarian and they made sure that they gave me a special Thai breakfast without the meat. The food was very authentic and a good change to the standard "continental breakfast".

Convenient and friendly staff/owners
Staff was very accommodating. We opted for the two level room and it was wonderful. Breakfast with the owners father is very rewarding and informative.
