Had a wonderful stay in Bath. Initially stayed in a vault room (which was beautifully appointed and very cool), but felt a little claustrophobic there, being underground. The staff was super accommodating in getting us a very nice room on a higher floor. Beautiful space, food was excellent, and the location was quiet and convenient for walking the town. Next door to a gorgeous, historic Catholic Church. 5 stars for me!

We requested a room with a walk-in shower and we were glad to receive one. A separate combo tub/shower was also in the room, but it looked potentially dangerous for anyone with balance or mobility limitations. The rest of the room was well-appointed, spacious, and clean. The breakfast was wonderful and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was quirky and amusing. The location is very quiet yet only a few blocks from the abbey.
