Happy I stayed here...
This review is for my stay in November of last year and I regret posting so late. I enjoyed the hotel very much and the staff was excellent. Roberto and Juan are two names I remember and wish I could remember more so they can be recognized. I hope to stay there again and I recommend the hotel! Thank you staff and management.

Good 6.0
They gave me a room with a wonderful bathtub but the water was full of black particles. I guess not too many people take a bath and the interior of the pipe might be getting rusty. I tried to get rid of these particles by running water more than 15 minutes but it did not go away and the water was getting cold, so I just took a shower.

Excellent location and great breakfast
It was overnight stay for us as we had a connecting flight the next day. We checked in after midnight and got a quiet room with two beds. Deluxe room is spacious for two people. It was clean and toiletry items were provided. Staff were very helpful and professional. Some can speak pretty good English. Breakfast was a lot better than I expected. Great varieties and decent quality. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Punto MX is Awesome
Awesome stay! I recommend this Hotel to anyone that is visiting Mexico City for the first time. Walking distance to many awesome places and food. The Staff is top notch. They go out of their way to make you feel like you’re staying in a five star place. Get the breakfast option, it’s good and well worth it. Everything seems new in this Hotel. I’m not sure if it is, but that’s how it seems. Rooms are on the smaller side compared to rooms in the USA. They are comparable in size to European rooms. Overall awesome stay and I would stay again.

Very Good 8.0
great hotel in the center of the city
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very unique, Room was small but still very nice. There was a brief period in the morning where the water ran cold for about 30 minutes, at 6 am; this was unusual as very few people are usually using water at this time. When this happened I had to wait for it to turn hot again and requested additional towels since mine was now dirty from now having actually showered. I was told there was no way to get towels until 7 -8am when housekeeping arrives. At any hotel, there usually is a way to get hotel supplies at all hours, this is the one thing I would fix. The breakfast/ brunch buffet was also misleading. It mentions cold meats and cheeses; but after 3 days of staying I never once saw an array of meat and cheeses out. When I asked about this after the first day I was told there are some different items everyday, but I did not see the array at all during the 3 days. The food was overall good with decent amount of options. The staff took care of us well .
