We have stayed at the Apex Bath before. It has always been good. There was confusion during the check in due to the way I'd booked it - my fault entirely. But a big shout out for Savannah on the desk who was absolutely amazing and so friendly; nothing was too much and she sorted everything out. A great asset to the hotel.
