The staff was uniformly excellent—efficient, very pleasant and welcoming! Our interactions included the front desk staff and breakfast rom staff. All were excellent. Lovely, well-managed breakfast room, delicious food, nice variety. The only shortcomings had to do with physical things—the noise isolation, for example. We were somewhat bothered by noise in adjacent rooms, upstairs, and outside. More insulation and/or white noise generators are needed. Also, the charging dock/clock was pretty useless. A manual or instructions are needed, and the clock was unlighted and not useful at all at night. But our stay was very pleasant, thanks to the extremely pleasant ambience created by the staff.

We have used this BW hotel a couple of time for 8 nights. It has all the amenities asscoiated with BW. The booking was efficient, the room is large enough and furnished with all the right amenities. The bed was comfortable. The facilties worked and had an effective AC and bathroom extractor. Thee power of the shower could have been better, but there was adequate hotwater. Breakfast is minimal but enough. Would have prefere metal Knives and forks and proper plates. There is ample parking next to the hotel. We would be happy to stay again at this hotel.

A quick overnight visit. The Inn had excellent accommodations (gym, pool, hot tub, coffee, water & great breakfast options). Next door to bowling alley, taquero, mini mart, liquor store. People in the parking area are festive and enjoyed a little partying between or after games. Well lit and safe grounds with security guard.
