We stayed one night here. The room had a beautiful view of the Skystar Ferris wheel with Alcatraz in the background. It looked like a postcard. Julia, the concierge, was very professional and attentive to my needs since it was my fiancé’s birthday. She exceeded my expectations with the decorations. My fiancé loved it! Nice clean room in a great location. Parking is pricey but it's San Francisco. Staff not knowledgeable about the area. Couldn't tell me where to get a cup of early morning coffee. I discovered by accident an IHOP and an Algerian breakfast/sandwich shop right around the corner of the hotel. We would return to the hotel on a future visit.
