We love our stay!
The service was great! We love the amenities and the cleanliness of the hotel especially being that it is dog friendly! It was really nice that they had special adult hours for the pool and the breakfast was the best in the imperial suite room! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Great hotel near Union Square
Breakfast, room, and overall service were excellent. Everything was clean and in great condition. Very secure hotel and very convenient for public transportation. Pool and health club were very nice, too. Good value for the price. Would stay there again! Japanese breakfast items are worth a try.

Beautiful Hotel and great staff.
From the time we arrived, the staff were courteous and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room is clean and modern. You are only about 10-12 minutes from Oracle Park ( by Uber) and minutes away from Union Square. My only "complaint" was not being able to access streaming apps on the TV. Other than that, this is a great hotel.
