    The hotel restaurant was not open July 21-24 but they still charge a resort fee not covered by a hotels.com prepayment. SF itself has no cable cars until August. The city is not ready for all the tourists. Disappointed.

    I paid extra for Union Square view. The view was fantastic. Everything was great except the soundproof wasn't good enough. I had to bear hearing all the footstep sound coming from other rooms. Someone kept jumping around as well. I woke up few times because of that noise. I stayed boutique hotels in SF before and there was no soundproof at all so I could hear every little noise so this time I picked a big concrete building but still wasn't good enough...I guess it's SF thing...no soundproof walls...

    It was awesome!!! Great staff, super friendly and clean. I had some special requests because my son has but allergy and there was a Note waiting from housekeeping when we arrived in the roommate saying if we needed anything to let them know! It was awesome that I knew they followed up with this! Definitely would recommend and will stay there again when in SF!

    Hotel room was comfy and had some great features such as automatic night light for when you got up at night. Room was very updated and clean. The concierge, Liz., was very helpful. Overrall a great experience.

    The suite is okay... but the staff was amazing!

    This was our first trip after a year due to COVID and we were pretty excited! We wanted to go all out and stay in a fancy suite, however, this did not meet the "luxury" experience we were looking for. We spent around $400+ for a night and the room was pretty outdated. The room was also really dusty assuming because the hotel has been closed for a while, but we noticed dust also in our bed. We also wanted to watch a movie via Chromecast, but it was not working and we ended purchasing one on demand for $20, however, it started to get super glitchy halfway through and we didn't get to watch the end. The staff was SUPER friendly and amazing!!! Just hoped for a better room experience for what we paid for... but hey, it's SF!

    Even though this was my second time staying at this hotel it will probably be my last they said they were going to cut me $100 I had to wait an hour and a half to get into my room the girl in the front was supposed to give me a ticket for the parking across the street she didn’t and I ended up spending $60 in the parking
