Nice clean fresh basic rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. Continental breakfast served well and replenished very regularly. The host was for ever checking on the servers making sure there was enough of each item.

The location is so good. Nice restaurants are closed by. The quiet area and not so far away from the City center. The room was on the corner on 6th floor so that Wifi was not so strong( can’t see YouTube).

As an American visiting Madrid for the first time, this no-frills, budget friendly property was fine for sleeping and showering. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I felt perfectly safe at the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood. I stayed in a room 7th (top) floor with a single bed in it. There was a desk and chair, bedside table, and chest of drawers in the ample sized closet. Besides a television and hairdryer, there were no other amenities. The room was refreshed daily during my week long stay which I sincerely aprreciated.

Good location

It is a greatly located hotel. Unfortunately my room smelled like someone had smoked in there and the WIFI stopped working and there were no clear guidance on when was it going to get back online. Also the walls are quite thin as we had a couple fighting and kids being very noisy playing at night. Things considered, it is a good value for the money you pay. The staff is very friendly.

Terrible

I have never stayed in a worst place in my whole life. This is the most “expensive” cheap hotel I have stayed. I paid 127 euros but the price should’ve been more than 50 euros. I arrived at midnight in Madrid and I left the hotel at 9am. I didn’t sleep at all as the mattress kept on sliding from the bed base ! It was a crazy experience. I think the photos will explain better and with no words.

Sin lujos, pero todo correcto. El desayuno completo y bueno. La estancia, agradable, aunque se oye mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones o del pasillo. Hay un pequeño gimnasio que se agradece. También máquinas expendedoras de agua y algún producto de picas. Está muy bien situado. Cerca hay metro en la Plaza Manuel Becerra donde también hay una parada de taxi. Hay supermercados cerca (Carrefour Express y Mercadona), y enfrente una farmacia.
