8/10 Very good

We stayed in the 'cosy double' which was fine for the weekend but would have been a little claustrophobic for any longer, could do with new pillows which were flat and the room would benefit from some shelving in the bathroom as there was nowhere for toiletries. On the plus side the breakfasts were excellent and the staff were lovely.

Room was clean and bin emptied daily. Breakfast was lovely and staff really polite and friendly. Plenty of parking. Would recommend.

The hotel was a great experience, the room was clean and tidy with the staff being friendly. The breakfast was better than any of the ones we had in the town with local sausages and attentive service. Don’t forget to try a little of the salt rub in the main lounge, not sure if it’s home made or bought in but my skin felt incredible after. Would highly recommend.

6/10 Good

Hotel is removed from the town center and requires walking up a long hill from the town. Has on site parking but not too many spaces. Many complaint as the noise level. Our room (#12) as near the entry, the stairs and was also next to the parking lot. There was continual noise. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff who served it were a pleasure.

Debbie was lovely and very helpful. The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only tiny point was that is was very hot in the house and room (very warm out too) but the fan that was provided was extremely noisy and not really useful. Again many thanks for a wonderful sat and hope to see you again soon.

A lovely hotel in a great location to explore Bath with free parking. We had a cozy double room that was great. Loved the extra touches of a coffee machine and biscuits. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay . Everything was freshly prepared and of the best quality. We will be back

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel offers free parking, which is a big plus as we traveled from Belgium to England by car. It takes only 10 minutes on foot to reach the centre of Bath, so we used the car only when visiting the surrounding villages. Our room was very spacious, and the nice surprise was the Nespresso machine. Also, the breakfast was delicious, and vegetarian options are available.
