We had such a wonderful experience at the Niman Conceptual Home. The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. I can also tell you how amazing the breakfast was, if you opt for it. The Thai and Western breakfasts are done so well and they the portions are grand. They’ll get you on your way for your morning journey to whatever you have planned. They even made a takeout exception for us as we had a tour pick up at 8 am. Such wonderful staff, really! Niman area is the best, super walkable with tons of shopping and dining options! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you everyone!

而馬桶則是一直壞掉 體驗不是很好

A really great stay! The property is in the heart of the Nimman area; super close to lots of great dining options (Thai / Western restaurants, cafes & bars), walkable area with easy access to songthaew's (and other modes of transport) that can take you all over the city.
Hotel was clean and tidy with lovely decoration and a sufficiently sized pool to relax in. A bonus is the rooms smell incredible because of some kind of vanilla-scented oil they use! We didn't try the breakfast / food options as there were lots of nice places to eat nearby, but the menu looked great with many options. The staff were kind, attentive and able to answer all our questions and offer recommendations.
If you are looking for a nice, relatively quiet and comfortable place to stay, we couldn't recommend this more. Will definitely be staying again!

This is my favourite hotel in Chiang Mai. It’s quirky, colourful and super friendly. It has a very cool bar on G/F
I love it’s individuality and decor. And the location is unbeatable.

The front desk people were always helpful. They spoke English well. The morning breakfast was delicious and filling. Nice rooms and a great staff. The pool is nice to look at and dip your feet into but we didn't see anyone in it.

A beautiful, peaceful oasis
We really loved this hotel. It is a boutique property and all the rooms are different. The Design is really eclectic and it has a Moroccan feel combined with old Thailand. My room and bed were so comfortable and everything was provided for.
I especially loved the breakfast which is taken in a lovely open courtyard surrounded by frangipani trees. It was magical. And the food was very good. There is a great bar downstairs called Caravan and I love the design - and also the selection of gins! - in this bar. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of some very cute shops and restaurants.

In the middle of everything
They have us wait for about 30 minutes past 2:00 pm at check in. The room was nice and clean. Place was within walking distance from everything but breakfast was so so.
