Staff was great. Not much in terms of amenities - I get the sense this resort is best for long-term stays. We had cockroaches in our room after 2 days (we tried to be sustainable and didn't request cleaning service during our 4-day stay, so that's probably part of it). The resort itself is small and relatively secluded in a neighborhood setting, so it was a nice, quiet, change of pace from Honolulu and other really touristy areas.

This location is INCREDIBLE! Soooo beautiful, quiet, way from commercialism, and so close to so many things: Grocery Stores, diners, food trucks, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and North Shore. In the resort itself, that FILTERED WATER DISPENSER is so wonderful! Also, the morning coffee & banana bread made our stay just pure delight. We love the property.
