Managent needs to be changed
Not good at all. Management does not know how to accomodate guess especially after there mistake which front desk gave us a confirmation late checkout. But got a call from precious is her name manager we had to checkout or pay a fee. We told her we had confirmation but was not honored by her. We were at lunch and had to rush back ruined our entire stay & she didint even try to accomodate us at all. Her own house keeping manager even said there was no need to vacate early, even though precious the manager said they were booked up. (lie)

Convenient, bright, but could use improvement.
We only stayed a few nights on Oahu. The hotel was in an easy location to get to dining and shopping with a quick 5-10 minute walk. The valet parking made it easy to deal with a car. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to exit from as we adventured further away. Our only downside on this hotel was that it is undergoing some renovations of its elevators and so floor numbers don't match and hallways are under repair. They also have a water/ice machine in the lobby that never had ice and the water it dispensed was warm and off-tasting.

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel . We really like it here because the staff are helpful and they always smile at you. The service is very good. And the location is accessible to everything, bus,restaurant,beach,bar.

This hotel is definitely not 4 stars, I’d say 2.5-3 at best. Definitely not worth the price I paid. Rooms are outdated, especially the shower. Beach towels for purchase only. Parking is valet only for 40ish a night so we ended up parking offsite. The only great thing about this place are the staff. Rolly and front staff were great, but it’s not enough to get me to return.

Great location and staff. Hotel is under renovation and elevators were not all available. Room was adequate and renovated although kettle had to be ordered. We would come back.
