Had a blast!
A perfect place for an island “stay cation”. Beautiful hotel, with great amenities with a rate that doesn’t break the bank. Will stay again in the near future!

Superb hotel. A little disappointed in the dinner buffet... food could have been better and fresher. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Service on check in disgusting
Our check in was terrible. The staff member who checked us in was completely inflexible and unable to problem solve. I had rung the Hotel a week before check in to advise that my husband and son would be checking in but the booking was in my name. They made a note on the file and said there would be no problem. Wrong! Upon check-in, my husband was told there’s was nothing he hey could do, it was their policy to not allow check in for anyone other than who was on the booking. After a long time of my husband explaining I had contacted the Hotel and they had to find a way, finally, the only alternative was for my husband to call me at 2am and ask me to call the Hotel to confirm. By the time I called they said it was all sorted out and that I had called Hotel.com, not them. Wrong again - I had the call logged in my phone a week earlier. Once through this they didn’t welcome my husband and son with a Lei like they did with others as they checked in. They didn’t even tell them how to find their room. An extremely poor experience. In addition the booking had been made as a one night and then a six night stay, which must have been ny Hotels.com, meaning they keys only worked for one day. Check out friendliness of staff was questionable too. Other than that, Hotel was lovely, clean and in a superb location. Hot tub was great.

Hotel was quite disgusting. Elevator lines clog up way too long. Pool is very small. Jacuzzi was nice. We were a couple on an anniversary, asked the front desk attendant Mr. Joji for a late check out -- and he decided to call security. It was very EMBARASSING. He would not even respond when we asked why. Mr. Clarence from security showed up. He was was cordial, but would love to show videos of what happened. Just a small thing such as late check out, but such a big commotion caused by the Front Desk Mr. Joji... We cant understand.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The staff is polite, friendly and accommodating. It is centrally located with access to the beach, restaurants and high end shopping. Of course there are many ABC stores to obtain all your necessities, you know the things you thought you packed. The hotel was unable to provide an early check-in but did have a late check-out. While waiting for the 3 o’clock check-in we visited the zoo and aquarium (within walking distance of the hotel), watched a girls’ volleyball tournament on the beach and had lunch and drinks at the hotel’s pool restaurant. The Saturday we were there the annual Spam Jam took place. The Avenue was closed to traffic with live performances of singers, dancers and musicians. Various vendors were there selling their wares, even some gave free samples! It was very, very crowded but memorable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the Hyatt.
