Overall, pretty disappointing. Plane on a 1hr line for check-in, and another 1hr line to check-out(Express check didn't work), these processes are painful to say the least. Valet is over $65 a day, and you can't per-arrange a time to have out, and if busy takes 30 plus minutes. Mostly rude staff that don't care(maids were nice though). There is VERY little seating around the pools, so unless there right at opening, you'll never get a chair. You probably won't want to swim in the pools anyways...They are freezing cold, and disgustingly dirty with white sunscreen skim floating on top everywhere. Paid $52 for cold chicken strips & fries with 2 drinks at the pool, complete rip off..... I get it, it's Hawaii....however this property is not worth the time or money...

We took our daughter for her 10th birthday and we were not really thrilled with the hotel overall. Rooms are outdated and need upgrades. Our shower made a loud noise. Checking in took about an hour. We got no house keeping. They told us that house keeping comes after the 5th day and we were only there for 5 days . We had to call or text for towels and coffee a few times for our room. We practically had to do everything ourselves. Not really sure why they charge resort fees if the guess have to do everything. The pools were really nice. I didn’t like the fact at the pool with the slides that the pool opened up at 9 and the slides are not on until 11 and the other slide did not open till 2. We got there early just so we can try the slides out early and get a chair . Line was crowded for one slide. The food at hotel was averaged. My daughter enjoyed the pizza and the shaved ice. Cocktails were water down and little over priced. The beaches were very nice and clean. Overall I would give the hotel a C.

The room was very clean, but resort did not force people to leave when they did not have wristbands. Therefore, most beachside seats and pool chairs were occupied with non guest.

The pool was amazing, but it was hard to get even 1 chair at the pool because of the hotel occupancy. Pro tip is to leave towels on the chair(s) before 9am. However, access to the beach and main Waikiki area more than compensated for lack of pool chairs. Lots of activity on the grounds. Live music, snorkeling, etc. We would stay here again. 100%

Stayed at the Alli Tower because of the “perks”. Not really worth the extras. A very small pool and seating for about 20 in the bar/food area. You do get free water which is just as easy to get at ABC. Did not feel value by staying here. My friends in the Rainbow Tower did much better. The grounds of the resort were nice and we enjoyed it. In room maintenance was needed twice which is a minus. They did come right away though

This was my ninth time to Oahu and eighth time staying at this location. The view from my room was beautiful, but there’s some serious wear and tear on the room. The carpets were so worn and smelled of pee on higher-humidity days. Location is great, but had to stand in a very long line for check in and then back in it again when I got a text when my key was ready because the key lady was at lunch. It it were just a motel I would expect it, but not at $2,600 price point. I don’t think I’d stay again.
