Good6.0
Service wasn't that great and there were long lines and waits for everything. Resort property and accommodations were good, nice beach and pool areas, although crowded. If I had to do it again I would probably stay somewhere else given the cost and poor service.

Two day stay.
Overall, the stay was pleasent. Room was spacious and was more than I needed. The cleanliness was less than stellar. In the bathroom there was hair from previous guest. The hotel was a short walk from waikiki and the beach! Friday the hotel does a lula style show with fireworks at the end that is sure to amaze.

Terrible
Location not convenient. Plan on walking at least 1 mile to get anywhere or rent a car and pay $50 per night for parking in an outdated old Motel 6 feeling "resort". Rude people and way overpriced. Had to pay $18 for simply a chair and a $40 resort fee each night when other people from other resorts walk right in and enjoy the amenities that we have to pay for. We pay resort fees regularly at actual resorts not a poorly thoughtout and designed "resort". The Hilton amenities are not exclusive to Hilton guests which makes the overcrowded hotel a nightmare to get around. No security at all, as I mentioned, anyone and everyone walks right in. Outdated room and noisy hallway. Food at the most mediocre and much overpriced for average food and terrible service. Go elsewhere unless you want to overpay and have your family surrounded with low class trashy people. Will never return.

Very poor customer service
We arrived early so our room was not ready- they forgot to call us when it was (4+ hrs later) as we just sat waiting. Then it took more than 40 mins to get our luggage delivered to the room. The mini fridge was 1/2 frozen over. They never followed up on a "special request" for our anniversary and the noise in the hotel was outrageous- tons of teenagers up all night running up and down the hallway and then again at 6 am slamming doors (on the security latch). Food options are limited and very pricey with average quality of food. The village itself is nice and the beach is amazing but it was way too crowded and noisy and very poor service for such a 'fancy' place. I would never stay here again- it was not relaxing at all.

The people at the check in desk were rude to us and others that stayed at the hotel. I saw a woman crying because she was mistreated? The lines where long to check in and had to wait 2 hour to check in after 3 pm check in time. The people working at the check in desk need customer training.
