    So surprising and so awesome!
Our stay was wonderful. When we pulled up and saw it was under construction or remodel we were pretty worried but everything seemed really nice. We came very early in the morning so they stored our suitcases for us until we could check in. When we got up to our room we realized they had given us a suite! We aren't sure why but we really enjoyed it. It had view of the whole area including the beach. Also it had two bathrooms which was wonderful and a kitchen and a large bedroom. The view was just beautiful. We got it on a special of the day so it was so reasonable and the place was brand new. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. I really liked the location too because it was handy for the beach and shopping and everything you want to do when you go to Honolulu! Very nice place.

Wait till the renovations are done.
There’s still a LOT of renovations going on. I was disappointed that the pool, restaurant, and bar weren’t open. Staff is very friendly. My “standard room” was very a college dorm room. But it was very clean and the view was breathtaking. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but it kept the room cool. I would stay here again, but I’d wait until after the renovations were done.

The hotel was under renovations at the time that I went. I the staff was friendly and helpful when I booked the reservations in April about a month ahead of my stay I asked for a room with 2 twin beds I was disappointed that when I checked they had nothing available. The rooms was a little small. It was an overall okay stay. I couldn't use the WiFi they gave me the username and password but could not find the WiFi connection when looking for it.
