This might be the most delightful place we have ever stayed. The staff is warm and accommodating. The room was spotless and cleaned twice a day. The bed was so comfortable with linen sheets. What a great hotel! Everything looked new, was spotless and with great decor. I loved the location! It was within walking distance of major attractions, yet tucked away in a corner for a quiet and private time. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They gave my daughter and I, a face mask one evening. On our way out, they treated us to a goodie bag with water and cookies for our journey out. I definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Fantastic service, great location, top class hotel, the spa was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon and I booked a massage which was lovely. We had a gift in our room as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully done and bathroom huge. Everything was spotless with turn down every evening with little gifts and cards showing the weather. Everything little thing thought of including a leaving gift. We have stayed in many luxury hotels and this one is right up there.

Beautifully renovated property with luxury finishes. They must have spent an incredible amount on marble, woodworking, and custom lighting. The below ground spa and indoor pool were an amazing amenity to have in such an historic building. The rooftop restaurant provided an elevated take on the Veronese tradition of cooking, and carried a fantastic wine selection. Superb and responsive staff, not overbearing. The higher end suites are beautiful. Great stay for a couple, convenient to the opera and shopping in the historic center. 6 stars out of 5

Really a remarkable hotel and fantastic service

Honestly we had such a good time at the VISTA Verona and were so impressed by the over the top attention to detail and service at this fine establishment. The property is beautiful and in an excellent location, they made last minute lunch reservations for us, arranged a full day wine tour, we had an excellent couples massage at the Spa . . . it felt like every time we left the room the came in and made everything clean and perfect. Room service was on point. The restaurant is expensive but quite good. Could not have been better! We hope to return. Verona in general far exceeded our expectations and is such a lovely place to visit in Italy (we didn't even do the "Juliet Balcony" which is just around the corner from the hotel).
