Absolutely amazing hotel. Our room was stunning and looked right over the castle. A beautiful location and a wonderful 2 nights stay.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Good location in the center of town. Parking is behind and in front of the hotel. If you have a large car, it will be a challenge to us the rear parking as there is a narrow archway (we were driving a tiny sub-compact and still had to pull the mirrors in). Dinner and breakfast was good. Typical UK fare.

Outstanding English, victorian flavor hotels. Very accommodating for my wife gluten free wife. No elevator and no ground floor rooms and no A/c. We had very favorable weather. Outstanding location to visit Conwy and local ancient Castle.
