Overall we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was amazing. Reception was friendly. But my suitcase was searched through by housekeeping even though I had put it in the wardrobe. Nothing was taken just my clothes moved around and biscuits taken out of it. I reported this and reception staff said they would look into it.

This boutique hotel is almost opposite the cathedral and walking distance from the town. Whilst it is small there is a comfortable and modern bar and an on site restaurant. Rooms are smart and the beds are comfortable.

Good hotel and great location. Unfortunately due to their alcohol license, the bar doesn’t open until 3.00pm which I found irritating as I invited a few guests to join me for a drink at 12.00pm. After a conversation with a member of staff who went and spoke to the manager they opened the bar and served me. They should mention this on their website about bar opening times. Apart from the bar opening issue the hotel is good and great location.
