10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport, and the shuttle service is also very convenient, with clear instructions. We had to leave the hotel for our flight at 4 am, and it was very easy to reserve our spot on the shuttle. We didn’t explore the breakfast or gym since we only stayed 12 hours in Madrid. The bathroom is quite spacious, and the bedroom has enough room. A bonus is that the Plenilunio mall is close

We needed a place close to the airport as we had an early flight and this was great. They had free shuttle service to and from which worked out great for our group of six.

Convenient hotel to stay when taking an early flight. Very clean room and probably the most comfortable bed we experienced on our trip. Walking distance to a huge upscale mall with numerous food choices. A very good breakfast to fill us for a long flight home!

This hotel impressed us exponentially! Beds were super comfortable, room was impeccably clean. The property was immaculate as well. The pool is a agood size and has a lifeguard. Walking distance to 3 supermarkets and a mall. My favorite part was getting a ride to the airport on the hotel shuttle. The driver a Gallega woman spoke the most beautifully toned Spanish and kept the ride smooth and informative. I would avatar at here again.
