I didn’t intend to come to Valencia, but weather shifted my plans at the very last minute. And this hotel (and especially their staff) helped make sure that my new plans were better than those I had intended. Many thanks to them! I’d come back here without hesitation…and I actually just extended my stay.

The staff put this place over the top. Josh and the front desk was the best, as was the morning male server in the breakfast room. Thank you all for a wonderful time in Valencia.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel feels like a little Oasis of calm in the city. Decor is so classy and room clean and spacious. Inparticular loved the roof top bar with its wonderful view of the city, cocktails were also excellent. Will definately recommend and be back ourselves.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, plus little details that make you feel at home throughout the room. We were always greeted with a smile. They gave us great recommendations from amazing food to museums and historical places to shopping. I will stay here for sure when I come back to Valencia.

This hotel was amazing. It was modern and very attractive. The room facilities were excellent with everything you could think of and more. They even provided hair straighteners. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also provided a shuttle service to their sister hotel by the beach. I would definitely recommend, 10 out of 10.

8/10 Very good

Overall, the property is a great find. It’s in a fantastic location. The restaurant is absolutely wonderful both its breakfast and its dinner menu. The upstairs bar has great views. . I like that it has a spa though I didn’t use it. The gym is high-end with wooden equipment, but not particularly functional. The only drawback was the front desk staff were hit and miss in terms of friendliness.

8/10 Very good

Our family - 4 rooms - stayed a week. Great location in heart of Valencia. Excellent service and room quality was great. Rooftop was closed for renovation, which was disappointing. There was a bad smell in lobby throughout the week, however otherwise the stay was great and highly recommend.
