Great location
Check in was effortless, good welcome and efficient service. Rooms are a little dated and could do with refurbishment. Though they were clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities would have been welcome, however I note it's not the "done" thing in Spain. Though I thought this being a Holiday Inn it would have been the norm. Location was excellent,shopping mall in front of the hotel with the Arts and Science park a five minute walk away. A taxi into the centre of the city cost €8, while the "hop on hop off" bus stopped outside the shopping mall and cost €17 for 24hr. The overnight parking at €12 a night I thought expensive. I would stay here again for ease of access to the city,

Good location could do with refurb
Having stayed at many Holiday Inn Express throughout Europe and USA I found the hotel to be in need of a complete refurbishment. While it was clean it was very basic for clothes storage, only a wardrobe to hang clothes, no drawer space. Flooring badly marked and raised in places. Rooms were small. Bed was comfortable though the room was very warm, the air-conditioned was hit and miss. Breakfast was continental and adequate. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel was chosen mainly due to its location and it being a holiday Inn.
