The staff was amazing. After a long flight to Valencia and a very easy and quick check-in, we settled at the lobby bar where Carlos made us feel at home. He went out of his way to break the ice and make some Mojitos and even brought us a Paella Valenciana from their restaurant. The best! Will definitely book there on our next trip.

Lots of potential let down by miserable quality
The hotel is huge with loads of space in the reception, good sized restaurant and decent sized rooms. It is in a good location too with plenty of restaurants around. However the place is let down by its quality and service. It took us about 30mins to complete check-in as the process is manual and the receptionist kept getting interrupted by people walking up to her with queries. The bar service was also bad as there was only one person to take orders and it appeared all the other waiters were new or had no clue as they were constantly guided by the person who took the orders. The rooms while good sized were bad quality - the door knobs were broken, the toilets seats were loose. The food in the restaurant including breakfast was also poor quality and very limited options.
