A gem of a hotel right in the heart of beautiful Llandudno. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and breakfast was scrumptious. If a person is driving then my advise would be pre-book a parking slot when you book a room. I would 100% recommend this hotel to my family and friends

we booked a 2 night stay at this hotel. Our room was number 3 A junior double seaview room which was perfect. The hotel from the reception throughout the hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was excellent everything you need, kettle and refreshments included in the room. Breakfast was perfect and delicious. The staff was lovely so welcoming to everyone, and nothink to much trouble for them. Location is perfect its on the seafront, just down from the pier. The town is only a few minutes walk from hotel. Lots of restaurants, cafe's fish & chips shops and bars. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Staff super helpful with the hotel parking. Breakfast was very good and quickly produced. Ample space in dining area. Great for proximity to beach, pier, cable car and lots of good restaurants very near. Try the Magic Bar - there's an excellent magician found a mixture of classic and new conjuring tricks and good value food and drink. And if course there's the Penderyn whisky distillery tour just 20 mins walk away😄

The Hotel is situated with good sea views,the hotel is a little tired in need of new carpets,the bay window room has excellent views and was clean, how ever lacking in amenities,the bed side light did no work,it was reported but not replaced,also the shower was poor and the temperature couldn't be controlled. Breakfast was ok good portions.All in all a reasonable hotel in need of a total referb.

The room was pretty clean. Old fashioned locks on poorly fitted door. Had other guests trying to access our room due to having different coloured key fobs with the same room number on them as different sides of the hotel had different coloured key fobs but the same room number in each side of the hotel, we found this disturbing. Clearly the hotel was excellent 10 years ago but now needs some TLC under current ownership. Breakfast a bit of a faff as always waiting for coffee cups, glasses, toast bread, butter, this needs the staff to keep their eye on it and top up before running out and causing waits.

Breakfast was wonderful quite a range of things to choose from and a cooked breakfast that was cooked to perfection. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, our room was set out lovely however just incredibly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. There was awful marks on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet which looked like smeared faeces. Marks on the wall in the shower and shower door and stains on the carpet, however there were plenty of tea and coffee, and 3 flump marshmallows which my son was happy about comfy beds too!
