We love staying at Swans. Its proximity to neat shops and great city walks is ideal. The suites are unique and funky, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room was perfectly set up with a small kitchen for preparing meals/snacks. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. We’ll stay here again for sure. Great value for the price.

everything fine just issues with window blinds uneven which I believe is being changed .terrific location no parking on site but city parking very close friendly staff and check in .did I say “great location” had view of wharf street .

Alway luv our greetings when we get there. Very friendly. Great location. Rooms are large, great pillows. No AC, so if it is hot out, prepare for a cozy evening. Fans are in rooms though. Will stay again and again. Cheers

Check in was seamless and they stored our baggage when we arrived early. The room was large and very clean with a full kitchen. The hotel was located close to all the action at the harbor without being right in the high foot and car traffic zone. Had a beer in the pub and service and prices were great. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely little place, the suite we stayed in was well furnished and extremely cute, really easy to get in and out, and it's just a short walk down the street from a parkade. The room did get quite hot and unfortunately there wasn't a lot we could do beyond opening windows.

George at the front desk was a star. Very friendly and helpful. It was very warm upstairs in the apartment and was difficult to cool down. I do realize that it was unusually warm in Victoria.

Walking distance from everywhere

The connected restaurant was very good. We could walk everywhere we needed to go from the hotel. One thing to consider...if you're of an age where you get up several times in the night, a loft room means 17 stairs between you and the bathroom. The bed in the loft was comfortable. The sofa bed downstairs was, well, a sofa bed. Nice to have access to a kitchen in the room!

Would highly recommend, easy walk to harbor, Fan Tan Alley practically next door, full kitchen a huge plus with kids, incredibly friendly staff. Not fancy at all, but had exactly what we needed for six people. Would most definitely stay here again. Best deal we could find with kitchen and occupancy for 6 in one room.
